Use of Services: 

World Travels and Investments  Pvt Ltd is national and  International  Travels and Tours agents which are based on the Kathmandu, Nepal. All services are  available at online, and anyone can book  our service package through  website and when  customer booked  our services  we will inform them as per their submitted documents. We will always email  from our official email    info@worldtravels.com.np  or ……..@worldtravels.com.np and other email  like gmail, yahoo are not official email so please beware from like this kind of email I inquest you all.

Online payments:

For online payments we are using commercial banks as Nepal Himalayan bank, gateway with 3D security.  When you input card details, your card will be processed by Himalayan Bank Limited securely via OTP Verification. We don't store your credit/debit cards information.   After completing your transaction our system will send payment success message. Please save , download or print this confirmation message and send to info@worldtravels.com.np, after your email our team will contact you as per your  information.

Cancellation Policy:   

If you are going to cancel your booking, please email at info@worldtravels.com.np  with booking confirmation documents  Screenshots, Images or PDF then we will process further. 
Our payments return Policy as below:

• If you cancel your booking within 24 hours we would refund your 50% payment of total package amount.
• After 24 hours if you cancel your booking we can proceed but our companies can’t refund paid amount.   
• We used in our gateway 3D and OTP verification security so we are not responsible for your payments and we can’t return your payments after 24 hours.
